Purpose and Functionality
Bag Thawing Equipment is primarily designed to thaw frozen bags or containers
containing sensitive materials. It ensures uniform thawing without compromising
the integrity or safety of the contents.
Process Description:
Frozen bag’s was to placed on SS perforated tray inside the stainless steel chamber
filled with water bags.
The tray has partitioned into 6, to accommodate 6bags of 20litres.
SS water heater to keep up the required temperature at 22°C to Max. 80°C temperature locking (Anywhere in between).
During the thawing process the bags for efficient heat transfer and temperature while tray oscillates in rocking motion.
Rocking action was to adjustable with rock angle upto 15° Thawing operation done by motor with geared head clear cover (polycarbonate) on top of chamber provides for viewing of Thawing process.
The complete process is auto-operated by PLC & HMI.
