VHP PASS BOX
• Is designed to perform low temperature surface bio decontamination at room temperature with 35% H2O2 Concentration.
Application:
- To enable safe transfer of heat sensitive material into sterile production cleanroom (as they are not autoclavable).
- Method of H2O2 Injection - Wet Type
- Sterilization Assurance Level: 6 Log Reduction is ensured by our equipment, on all exposed surfaces.
Following operations are involved during Decontamination Cycle
- Leak Test Phase
- Conditioning (i.e., H2O2 Injection) Phase
- De-contamination Phase
- Aeration / Ventilation Phase.
Disinfection level and the process time required to reach the required disinfection
Level depends on the following properties of the pass box…
- Porosity of the surface materials.
- Shape of the pass box.
- Volume of the pass box.
- Distribution of the aerosol in the pass box.
- Can be supplied along with AHU, De-humidifier and BIBO Unit with exhaust HEPA.
Utility Requirements:
a.) Power Supply - 1 Phase, 230 V ± 10 V, 50 ± 5 Hz Or - 3 Phase, 415 V ± 10 V, 50 ± 5 Hz.
b.) Compressed Air - 0.5 Bar to 4 Bar.
