Equipment is suitable for testing Pre-Filters of following Size
- Minm. Filter Size: 305 * 305 * 50 mm.
- Maxm. Filter Size: 610 * 610 * 305 mm.
No. of Filters cleaned (i.e. Output) per hour.
- 4 to 8 Filters per hour (For 610 * 610 *305 Filter Size)
Cleaning and Drying Cycle is as follows
- Air Clean (with Compressed Air)
- Water Wash
- Hot Air Drying with Blower (Either With Heater / Plant Steam, as applicable)
Utilities Required:
- Electrical Power: 3 Phase, 415 ± 10 Volts, 50 ± 5 Hz.
- Compressed Air: 6 Bar.
- Soft Water: 60 LPM at 1 Bar
- Plant Steam: 2kg/min @ 1 to 1.5 Bar.

- Scrubber Can be customized to suite Injectable, OSD, API, Bulk and Biologics manufacturing units.
Sequence of Operation:
- Filters are loaded over and secured to the Filter Holding frame.
- Doors are closed and respective push button / soft key (As applicable) is pressed for starting the Cycle.
- Post Air Clean, Water Wash is initiated. And is followed by Hot Air Drying.
- Before the filters are unloaded from the doors at the Unloading end.
